“Bought two Roses for my mother in laws birthday. I was Really pleased that they would be delivered on her birthday. Unfortunately only one was delivered on the day. After a bit of chasing around and a few emails it was sorted. The Rose was finally delivered yesterday. It was well packaged. My mother in law was happy with the Roses.”

“The tree was lovely, but I messaged to ask if it could be left with a neighbour, but it was just left on the doorstep. A photo to prove this doesn’t help if it was stolen. But otherwise really pleased”

“I placed an order for 2 Olive Trees, as a gift to myself for beside my front door! They arrived in a box, and whilst they weren't exactly the same, they looked lovely. One of them was planted and had grown a bit squint and the cane supporting it wasn't really doing much to support, so I will have to come up with another solution for that. Planting it, I had to get a little creative to make sure it was straight. Aside from that, they're growing and healthy and they look fantastic!”

“As the tree was delivered as a present and because of the current travel restrictions, I haven’t seen the tree. However, I hear from the recipient, that the tree arrived well packaged and looking sturdy but with no sign of greenness. A week later small signs of growth have appeared. So far so good!”

“Rose bush was beautiful however gift card was not included. Had added a nice message for my friend following the death of her sister. However she did not know who the plant was from and would not have seen the lovely message. No o5er instructions wear enclosed either. Have rated good since due to the circumstances we are facing into at the moment and appreciated quick delivery.”

“Beautifully packaged, healthy looking rose, it is obviously as your letter suggests a newly potted bare rooted plant. My only criticism is that the letter that accompanied it was tucked into the box at the bottom with instructions not to plant out. I did not find this until I came to dismantle the box to recycle.”
