“Excellent customer service. my email queries answered promptly. Cannot comment on the plant as it was a gift for a friend after a bereavement. he seemed to be pleased with it. The confusion was that the note/card to say who it was from was not evident and he did not know who it was from.”

“Rose very healthy on arrival and was wrapped nicely around the base I asked if a gift message could be added as it did not ask during the ordering process. I went back on the website and wrote a message as requested, Message did not come with the gift despite me communicating that I wanted a message to be attached to gift However my Dad was very pleased with the Peace Rose”

“I ordered a Memorial Rose for a friend. The person who took receipt of it said it arrived in lovely packaging. Couldn't assess the actual rose because it wasn't in bloom but apparently it looked in very good condition. Drawback was the delivery took longer than expected, almost a week and l feel sure should be improvised to match their competitors.”

“I loved this idea and the trees arrived well packaged with a lovely presentation now however I would have preferred the option to add a message/card for the recipient, I didn’t see this as an option on the website”
