“Would have been a 5 if it were not for communication. I totally appreciate that the pandemic has caused problems for many companies, and would not have expected a perfect service, but I shouldn't have to be chasing you for information. When you explained the delay and gave a new delivery date, I shouldn't have had to email a week later to find out what had happened.”

“I bought a rose bush as a Silver Wedding present for my daughter and son-in-law. Due to Covid19 I was unable to opt for a specified date for delivery, however I was kept really well informed as to the status of my order which was delivered within a few days. My daughter reported that the plant was well packed and in excellent condition so I highly recommend 'Tree2mydoor'”
