“I have used your company several times before and I was happy with the ease of use of web site to order. Plenty of delivery updates. Product arrived in good condition and was well presented. Previously I have been able to choose a delivery date which if it's for a special occasion adds to the gift, but this time it wasn't possible and I do understand the difficulties at present but I hope that this is something you will be able to bring back at some point.”

“I sent a rose shrub to my sister for her birthday. I wanted it to be delivered on or around a specufic date but unfortunately due to current circumstances that was not possible. But it was delivered in good condition and i received a photograph of it outside my sisters front door.”

“Delivered very quickly after order . Looked healthy. I was expecting it wrapped in a hessian sack as described on the website but it arrived with pot covered in orange plastic and black tissue. Maybe unable to get hessian because of Covid situation ?”
