“Really lovely memoir! Shame it took a while to come but I think that was due to a COVID-19 hope it grows into a vibrant crab apple tree!”

“Unfortunately even though I requested and paid for a designated delivery date, the rose bush was actually delivered 2 weeks early. However I must say the delivery money was refunded and an apology came very quickly. The recipients were thrilled with the gift. I would definitely use you again.”

“I recently ordered a rose tree for my wifes birthday. I cannot fault the speediness of the delivery, and the level of communication, it was first class. However, I paid an extra £2.50 for a personalised birthday card, initially I thought it had been forgotten. But when my wife lifted the rose out of the box, sh found the card stuffed into the bottom of the box. It was creased up and slightly damp. It took away the wow and left her with an Oh. moment. Overall, the experience was good but it fell short of being great.”

“Great company. Ordered for dad who is shielding for Father's Day, slightly in advance so I knew it would arrive & it did 10 days in advance. Gift wrap & wrapping in general was very good. Dad commented how good the company was too on this aspect Would order again”

“I'm very pleased with the product. It was a gift and was well received. However it did not contain any care instructions so I had to contact the company. The response was swift and an e mailed care document I feel that a document included with the product would be a more useful idea.”
