“Plant is beautiful. I would have liked to have had more contact from you between purchasing and the info to say when it was to be delivered-perhaps an update would have been good and reassuring. It was also good that I received a picture of the parcel at its new home from the courier.”

“Beautiful tribute tree that was very well received by the recipient. However, as the purchaser, I was not informed that there would be an item missing from the delivery. I only found out when I asked the recipient for their views - they have received a note to say that the missing part would follow at some point in the future”
