The rose bush I ordered for my sister's Pearl Wedding was not in good condition when delivered on a date I hadn't arranged. My brother-in-law contacted you and subsequently another rose bush was delivered in better condition. However, your customer service team were eager to blame the van driver about the delivery when it was quite clear the rose bush had been delivered correctly.

I ordered a Golden Wedding anniversary rose which came at the scheduled time. But the rose was not a bush rose as per your advert it was a very small floribunda rose. I phoned up and was told that the growers did not have a Golden Wedding rose as advertised instead they substituted the small floribunda rose which was totally unacceptable. At the last minute I had to go and buy another bush rose from a local garden centre which was considerably bigger and nicer also a lot cheaper because I was going to a celebration party. Why was I not informed that you did not have the correct bush rose and given me the option and time to look else where??

I was not happy with my purchase. It was a surprise 60th wedding anniversary present for my parents . Two cards arrived, no message so they didn’t know who the gift was from. The rose bush looked nothing like the picture. Have emailed. No response. Not impressed

I wish I’d shopped around. I bought a rose tree for my friends. I paid extra for nominated day delivery but was not given this option during the checkout process. Customer service was dismissive and patronising. I should have cancelled the order there and then. When the order arrived, my gift message was missing so my friends had no idea who has sent it. They also received a blank greetings card. I do not recommend using this company. They get the basics wrong and refuse to accept responsibility when issues occur.

Was a real shame that i ordered an apple tree for a funeral, it needed to be a bramley as the intention was that it was apples for cooking in memory of a lady who liked apple and blackberry crumble. I was emailed to say it was out of stock and before i had a chance to contact you you issued another tree. This was very unfortunate as i specifically wanted a cooking apple tree.

This tree arrived with no buds or leaves. It was totally bare and looked like burnt twigs. It was wholly unsuitable as a 30th wedding anniversary gift.

Not impressed - I paid extra for specific delivery date for a specific anniversary date, and received an email the day before saying they couldn't honour this and they therefore delivered the day after.

Was told parcel was unable to be delivered as no one in. However, parcel had been left on doorstep in full view of road - could have been taken by anyone. Sent complaint and heard nothing back.

I ordered a gooseberry tree for my mums birthday, which fell on Monday 15th October. The despatch date given to me was Tuesday 16th which I accepted. By Thursday, the item had still not been delivered. I contacted tree2mydoor and got a prompt reply back that the courier had lost it and not informed anyone. They stated they would send a new one out. It is now Monday 22nd and the tree has still not arrived- one week after my mums birthday. The good has gone out of it now, as I’ve had to ask her everyday if anything has arrived

I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received as I ordered and paid for a red oak tree in August which has still not been delivered, and I have been given no indication of when it is likely to be available. The website said the tree, which I ordered for a milestone birthday for my brother, was in stock and could be delivered in a few days. It was not. Further delivery days were promised then not adhered to and each time I had to contact the company to find out what had happened. I now want a clear indication of when the red oak tree is likely to be available, and if this is not before the end of November, I would like a full refund. At no point has a refund been offered or an apology made for the misinformation repeatedly supplied.

Place the order in August, charged my card and I had to do all the pursuing to ensure that I was refunded, which still hadn’t been delivered the case today

I ordered this for my mother in law after both parents passed away this year. The rose bush arrived dried out and flower heads dead. Wont order again

The trees that were delivered were half the size the image showed. I understand it is a plant and cannot be the same every time but I was clearly miss sold these items. You ruined a surprise that was meant to be very special.

I requested my order be delivered on 11th April. Today is 16th and it still hasn’t arrived. The courier has apparently attempted to deliver 3 times but unable to find the house, we have had to re-organise delivery to a post office 20 minutes drive away so that it can be collected. Hopefully the tree is still alive. Less than impressed at this point.

They screwed up my last order and will send me a kaffir lime leaf tree in the new year which is ok I guess but making me pay for it again (£18 off) for their mistake!
