I have already explained by e mail that whilst the Poinsettia Basket May have left you in pristine condition by the time it had rattled around in the back of a van it arrived in a condition that you would not be proud of! It was not the kind of surprise I had intended for my wife. She had to replant every plant and gather the soil from the bottom of the card board box. I have used you before but would hesitate now.

After I placed the order I received an email saying that my order could not be dispatched until after the date required. I therefore phoned the number supplied and cancelled the order. After this I received repeated notices of dispatch and then delivery from the courier. I phoned again to confirm cancellation. I have now received this survey for a cancelled order! Poor communication, or what?

It wasn't delivered on the date requested, it was badly damaged, it was the wrong product, it had slugs on it, the replacement wasn't delivered on the day it was due. It is still unresolved

Website said orde before 11 for next day delivery - it was a Friday and nowhere was it explicit that you do not deliver on a Saturday. Or a Sunday. Or even a Monday. Except when you got to the end of the order. So a surprise anniversary gift was three days late. And I had to buy an alternative present. And the customer service was decidedly lacking in courtesy or solution.

Hi Sian, we're really sorry to see you have given us a 1 star review. We currently only deliver between Tuesdays and Fridays and we will be offering additional delivery options in the future. All of our gifts are dispatched for delivery the next working day.

Shabby wrapping of plant. Amateur printing of label in gift card. No instructions or photos of appearance of rose in bloom for gift recipients.

I haven't had a great experience with Tree2mydoor. I ordered the silver anniversary rose which is white and is clearly pictured. It doesn't say that it is out of stock. However when it arrived I had a silver wedding rose which is pink. When I questioned it. I was told it clearly states the one I ordered is not available and was being substituted. If I wanted to return it I would have to pay for the postage and packaging. Having looked back at the description my advice to anyone is read every last word and not to take this websites pictures as a representation of the product you will get. My purchase was a gift for my son and daughter in law for their silver anniversary and it ruined it as I didn't get what I wanted.

Unfortunately, due to it coming close to the end of rose season there are some varieties that aren't looking their best this time of year. The delivery was prompt and efficient however I was rather disappointed that the rose bush, which was a Golden Wedding anniversary present arrived with no blooms or even any buds. Consequently it was a bit underwhelming when presented to our friends. I had expected that a rose purchased in mid summer would have been in full bloom.

Hi Shirley, thank you for the review. Unfortunately, this time of the year the rose bushes are coming to the end of their season and have been pruned back to keep them healthy. This results in little to no flowering at this time, we're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with rose to give as a gift but by next summer we guarantee it will be covered in beautiful yellow blooms!

Wrong tree delivered (which spoilt the surprise for a 25 wedding anniversary) then told would be deliverer on a different day no delivery made ! Had to contact company who apologised but offered no form of compensation!! Very disappointing service

Steer clear of these people. I ordered plants for my mum's birthday just before Easter. They were to be delivered on the Thursday and should have been going only a short distance but they still missed the delivery date. I got an email saying we'll deliver on Saturday at no extra cost as though I should be grateful. My mum was away from Good Friday so the plants sat at the depot for over a day and then she had to get a friend to pick them up. One was very sorry for itself when she got home and has deteriorated in the three weeks since. She contacted customer service and provided photos that clearly show a sick plant on arrival but the response was that it was clearly her fault, or perhaps mine for buying something that was unsuitable. They tried to say it had been subject to frost but it hasn't been cold enough and its certainly warmer on the coast than inland. The plant was sold as "grows well in our similar climate" and "a hardy climber" but apparently it's still my mum's fault that the plant was sick on arrival. Very disappointing and not the sort of customer service you'd expect from this sort of company - taking advantage of pensioners and those of us who can't shop in person because of the tyranny of distance.

Ordered 50th anniversary rose bush for my parents anniversary but it wasn't delivered on the day I requested, completely ruined the surprise, won't use company again

On delivery was told the packaging was all open and damaged.Dissapointing for the receiver as was a golden wedding gift. No explanation given!

Item wasn't sent out next day delivery which was suppose to be Friday as I ordered Thursday before deadline By Monday it still wasn't sent and after contacting you only got sent out then and arrived Tuesday This is the second time this happened to me where stuff didn't arrive on someone's Birthday Very disappointing Although I got a refund for my delivery Won't be shopping here anymore

A condolences plant was sent without its card. I was told that the card was being sent out the next day, but it's been two days and it still hasn't arrived. They didn't even have the decency to call me. Absolutely careless.

I specifically asked for the gift to be delivered on 14th Feb, my wife and my 4 yr anniversary- instead, it arrived yesterday ... she opened box. surprise ruined and now I have no gift for anniversary or valentines
