The rose bush was a funeral gift and was considerably smaller than the one advertised. Not possible for it to be returned because of the circumstances, I explained this three times and was fobbed off each time. You sold something that was not fit for purpose and simply not good enough.

I am appalled at the slaphappy approach in your having sent only half of a message which I took a lot of trouble over composing. The second half was sent as just a blank card - causing distress as well as time wasteage in explaining to my newly-engaged daughter. Also Dad, a lovely rose arrived! (Daughter) I couldn’t work our who it was from as sadly the note was incomplete! (Me) What slaphappy *s they must be! Their maximum number of characters followed by TBC signifies a second card acquired! – they must be stupid!!! Oh well! (FYI - The whole message intended was) So glad you have found each other, and such happiness. I hope this little piece of life reminder will symbolise (TBC) lifetime growth in vigour colour and sweet perfume! Masses of love from Dad (Daughter) So thoughtful! They sent a second card but it was blank sadly Your file upload section doesn't seem to work. Please send me an email address if you wish to see the photographs my daughter took of the documentation and partial messages she received

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. No idea how to apologise or except they made a mistake. Would not recommend. Tree arrived looking a bit sorry for itself after only one day in transit. Did pick up when planted. Robert Thomson

I have tried to get in contact with you. As the packaging was awful, the box was ripped in half and the top was open. I have been in contact with dpd also but no response. The tree was damaged slightly but i have managed to sort it out hopefully.

Personalised card was sent blank and Rose Bush was not "beautifully hand gift wrapped". Seems very over priced.

Tell lies and blame delivering depot! Told i could nominate delivery date but item sent too early. Told plant still with you and computer system error. Then complained that plant delivered and told delivering depot didn't return plant?! Surprise spoilt!

Item was not received yet payment taken. DPD did not receive item from Tree2mydoor. Received message from from DPD to expect delivery on 8th, no response yet from Tree2mydoor (today is 14th) despite 2 x emails and cannot find a phone number for them.

Tea Bush looks ill with some mottled leaves. I paid extra for a card and that didn't come. Presentation was a plastic bag with no instructions on how to care for the plant. I've emailed customer services the same day a week ago, nothing back yet....

Received an email from DPD to say that they had left the tree at the front door. It was not delivered. Cannot contact the original comp any nor DPD to trace it.

I have to say if you think a twig the size of a lollipop stick in a piece of sacking represents a "tree" then you need to get out of more. When my daughter showed it to me I genuinely could not believe it, well and truly ripped off

Ordered a rose bush base on their online description. Now that a couple of the flowers have opened, this rose bears absolutely no resemblance to the picture or description on the web page. Instead of being "an abundance of gentle pink flowers", it is more of a cerise colour (see pictures) and it has no smell whatsoever even though the advertisement for it claims it is has a "strong fragrance”. Raise my concern using the email address provided. No response received. Will not use again

My wife and I were pleased to receive 2 Diamond aniversary roses from you from separate relations on the same day- 1 flourished and one reduced to a twig I tried to contact you but without success as I felt we were due compensation. So that I did not upset the person that sent us the present I had no option but to buy another one from you this is fine however I would not like to recommend you again.

Booked a delivery at additional cost, to ensure the gift arrived before 12am as our friends had arranged a lunch at a restaurant at 12/30pm. On the due delivery date, I received an e -mail to say the present would arrive between 14/30hrs and 15/30 hours. I had to stay behind and wait for the delivery. A very real disappointment.
