Ordered a silver anniversary rose bush, received a diamond one. Supposedly sent the correct one out only to receive a label for the same diamond anniversary.

A condolences plant was sent without its card. I was told that the card was being sent out the next day, but it's been two days and it still hasn't arrived. They didn't even have the decency to call me. Absolutely careless.

I specifically asked for the gift to be delivered on 14th Feb, my wife and my 4 yr anniversary- instead, it arrived yesterday ... she opened box. surprise ruined and now I have no gift for anniversary or valentines

As I write this it is 1500 hrs on Sat 28th Jan. I ordered a red love apple tree for my wife's birthday which is tomorrow. 29th Jan. On 25th Jan. The order acknowledgement confirmed delivery on 27th Jan. I am now looking at going to purchase something else as it doesn't look like the tree will arrive on time!!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN!!!!

I'm furious that you don't specify anywhere that the courier you use requires a signature. So, without knoqwing this I left a note on my door to say please leave in porch (in additon to selecting the option 'leave with a neighbour' upon purchasing through the website) - the courier did not leave the gift and has returned in to the depot. As it's for a special anniversairy (which is tomorrow - a saturday so they can't redeliver!!)) I have no choice but to pay for a taxi to the depot from my work in my lunch break even though I've paid fro premium delivery. Can't you use a courier with a bit of common sense - or why have the option to leave with a neighbour if this is not an option. Extremely disspointed, and I don't even have the item.

This order was a gift for friends. Unfortunately they missed the first delivery so called to re-arrange the following day. It never arrived, so they called the delivery company only to be told that it was returned to sender due to damage. Neither myself or my friends were informed about this. They called up the company to re-arrange a new delivery date and 10 days later, still no tree.

First order supposed to arrive yesterday in time for wedding anniversary today. Nothing. Website tracking just says 'dispatched' and customer services finished for Xmas. Not impressed

Tree is substandard and totally overpriced for a weedy, thin tree which bore no resemblance to the photo on your website. I even had to pick off dead oak leaves from another (oak?) tree which you clearly couldn't be bothered to remove. For the premium price of £65 I expect a premium quality product which has been prepared with at least a little care. I shall be contacting you for a refund.

I ordered a rose bush on 12 Oct for delivery on 14th. It was not delivered. The delivery company claims it delivered on 14th but there was no answer. Since the item was being delivered to a convent where there are 8 people living, I find this hard to believe! Now I've been told it will be delivered tomorrow (19th). This is not good enough. The celebration was on Saturday 15th. I have been offered no compensation and will not use your company again.

Very poor service. Did not deliver on requested day meaning a birthday present was late. Poor communication and despite 2 phonecalls to chase (including a promised callback that never happened) still no progress. Will not be ordering from this company again.

As I understand it ...the delivery has not been made yet ...my son said there was a note left to say that delivery had been attempted but no information as to where the gift was left or where he can collect it .He plans to ring the office on Monday for information .

The 25th Anniversary rose bush that I ordered to be delivered on the 11th May was not delivered - please respond asap as to what happened and advise when the delivery might take place.

I bought a tree as a wedding gift for a colleague. It was supposed to come gift wrapped. Instead it cam without gift wrap and with lots of dead foliage. I send an email to customer service explaining the problem and received no response at all. One very disappointed customer, particularly as it was quite an expensive gift.

I've not had my tree yet, as it's currently out of stock! This was not the case when I placed and paid for my order, and was allowed to select my delivery date. Very disappointed with their customer service. I'm told my tree will be shipped in from Italy, and I've now arranged by phone, a new delivery date. I've waited 3 days for someone to confirm my date by email, and still nothing. Of course my tree might well be amazing when I eventually get it, but I will not be using this company again!

I ordered a bay tree to be delivered last Friday.it was for a 30th birthday present .much to my embarrassment it didn't arrive.Irang on Monday spoke to the person with whom I placed my order, he did admit that he had forgotten to put the order through. I feel this is not good enough and let down sue Hackett

Hi Jamie. On the coin page it states that the coins will be struck in the year of purchase. As the coin was ordered in 2016 that is the year it has on it. We have not had the option of buying 2015 coins since January. If you have seen 2015 on the website, could you be so kind as to point me in the right direction? Many kind regards, Tree2mydoor
