Sent the wrong coloured rose for a diamond wedding anniversary present. Buds opened today BRIGHT PINK instead of white.

I have only just seen my friends to whom I sent the Ruby Wedding rose - or thought I had! To my horror I have now found out that they have never received my gift! Would you please rectify this immediately? It is not possible To answer the final 3 questions in the event of non arrival!!

The tree arrived without any fruit whatsoever and upside down! The packaging did indicate which way up the box should be, but clearly the delivery company paid no attention. Given the price of delivery you need to address this.

I was expecting a Rose bush either in bloom (which they are in many of the garden centres) or at least with buds on which was not unrealistic for End of June. Sadly the leaves were covered in a grey film and was not good enough for the purpose intended and I had to purchase something else for the gift I wished to give. I have no doubt in time (possibly next year) the bush will be fine but it was nothing like the photo on the website which was very misleading.

Ordered for a diamond wedding present. Told I was having next day delivery as I'd ordered in plenty of time, only to be told that the plant wouldn't be there until the day after their anniversary. Called to enquire and they said sorry but there was a mix up with the delivery . They gave me a full refund on the £8 delivery charge

I ordered a rose for my sisters retirement and someone else’s message was put on the card so she didn’t know it was from me. I complained and I was told they could send another card but there was no point. No recompense was offered. Won’t be using them again.

Ordered a Diamond Anniversary Rose and paid for next day delivery it was not delivered until the following day will not use again. Requested a phone call back still waiting would not recommend or use again

Ordered a 60th anniversary rose. It arrived in a cheap black plastic pot and the plant was not even the size of a house brick! Totally underwhelming for the money. Would not recommend.

Second rose bush delivered. Followed the instructions, however when the plant is taken out of the pot all the soil just falls away. The roots are well and truly bare. soaked and put into the ground as stated and already the leaves are wilting so I am not going to hold my breath. If it is bare rooted why send in a pot of soil that it clearly hasn't been living in. Fail to understand this. Expensive rose to die as soon as one gets it and it is not very well established to begin with.

A friendship rose I sent to my friend .. she said yes it was a friendship rose but a very small baby one as you had run out of stock for the one I paid for !! No explanation or refund ... won’t be buying from you again .. nor will my friend ... think ‘R’ factor !! Not long b4 no o e buy’s ..

Not impressed when it was delivered. A lot of leaves half eaten and the rest shrivelled up. Very dry needed a lot of water to revive it. Now planted up it should come back to life.

I received a plant it was supposed to be established n it was only 3 to 4 inches tall it was a rose n will be a yrs before it’s establshd
