My order was placed 29th January for delivery 4th February, it was an anniversary present! By Monday 8th February, the gift had still not arrived, so I emailed you to find out why. I still have not had an explanation as to the reason for the delay. The tree eventually was delivered on Tuesday 9th February. Not at all satisfactory!

Hi Gladys, Many thanks for your review. There was an error in the courier network which ment that the goods were returned to us rather than being delivered. We did despatch a fresh rose on a 24 hour service to arrive on the Tuesday which was successful. We do apologise regarding the lateness of your delivery, as soon as we were made aware we put steps in place to ensure the gift arrived the very next day. Many kind regards, Tree2mydoor

My in laws received the gift for there 50th Wedding Anniversary I ordered from you, I and my in laws are very disappointed in it. It was not a beautiful rose gift and the pot was not gift wrapped in colour co-ordinated wrap. The item recieved resembles nothing like the picture you display on your website. And also the description on your website is certainly not what they have received. It clearly states on your website the following- The Golden 50th Anniversary Rose Gift is a true delight. This beautiful Rose Gift really will sparkle in any garden. Nothing is more iconic than a Golden Wedding anniversary and it takes a truly special gift to encapsulate the moment. Beautiful Roses for a Beautiful Milestone. The Golden 50th Anniversary Rose Gift is the only gift choice for a Golden Wedding Anniversary. The beauty of the Roses will be a loving reminder of all those happy memories over the 50 years spent together. Perfect everytime. The stunning Yellow roses shine on top of the glossy green leaves. The blossoms will flourish early Summer with a splash of colour and fragrance lasting all through the summer. Cannot comment on your service as I have not yet received an email saying my order has been shipped, I'm a little disappointed as the target delivery was yesterday!

Very disappointed with this recent order. Goods were ordered in advance but notification of no stock made the day before delivery. Wanted to substitute with an alternative item, but requested a refund. This has yet to be made. Not impressed at all, and would certainly not use again.

Hi Pramai, Thanks for taking the time to review your recent order. I am so sorry that you were unhappy with the service you received. We dispatch the majority of orders the day before delivery, to ensure that the minimum amount of time is spent in transit. On this occasion, our nursery did not notify us that the Bougainvillea plant you ordered was out of stock until we had sent the orders across that day. As soon as we found out, we gave you a call to notify you, and see if you wanted to swap to another product, which you did not. We processed the refund you requested as soon as our call was finished (around 12:20pm on 21st December), but due to Bank time scales, it can take up to five working days for this refund to be processed. The Rose I bought for my father in law's 70th birthday is dead within 8 weeks and they have refused me a refund as I didn't send the rose back within 3 days of receiving it. I am now out of pocket, having had the embarrassment of giving him a dead plant for his birthday and have no recompense with which to replace it. I have never dealt with such rubbish goods and such terrible customer service in my life. This company sell substandard goods and are uncooperative, rude individuals. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
