“Original tree i ordered hadnt arrived, which was very frustrating, however i called customer service and spoke to 'Gareth' who was just brilliant. Friendly and very helpful, he assited me with picking a different option and arranged its delivery etc. Excellent customer service.”

“So far so good in terms of tree health :) I bought it a week ago (early Christmas shopping) so hoping it still looks great when I gift it on 25th Dec. In terms of gift wrapping, the tree didn't come with the hessian wrapped pot as stated in the description on the website, which means I'll be shopping for that separately in order to gift wrap it myself. The follow up tree care emails would be great if these could be sent direct to tree recipient from a certain date - as it stands, I'm already receiving them. I selected next day delivery before 1pm at checkout, but unfortunately the courier, delivered after 2pm and the box had burst open in transit, DPD had taped it closed but the tree appears undamaged thankfully. Nice looking tree, plenty of fruit :)”

“Lovely plant my Aunty really likes it and is looking forward to it blooming next summer. Only issue is that I added a card to my purchase and for some reason the message wasn’t fully printed on it so my Aunty had no idea who the gift was from.”

“The rose tree was a gift and not been viewed personally but from a photo it looked healthy and sturdy. It was delivered as promised before the end of October. Fingers crossed it blooms well next summer”
