“Very happy but think delivery could be faster”

“Recently purchased a Rose for remembrance. It came all boxed and wrapped with a bow, I would of liked some basic instructions on what would been best planting information considering I had just paid £30 for some twigs. Feel overpriced and let down.”

“I pre-ordered a Golden Anniversary Rose as a gift and it arrived on time and as stated, suitably pruned. Next year will reveal how successfully it blooms but the recipients sent a picture of it in its planted out position and it looks healthy and disease free.”

“Product arrived in good time, but with slightly over-the-top packaging: small round tub in a very large cardboard backed "Do Not Bend" photographic envelope! The proof of the pudding will be whether the tree survives over winter from the feed.”

“I ordered a rose tree for my niece for her Silver Wedding. Ordering was easy and the gift was delivered promptly. I haven't seen the plant but my niece was thrilled with it. Very good service.”

“The roses I received were very nice and healthy looking. They were delivered when they said and well packaged. The only thing I didn't like was the card with the name of the rose on it. It was cardboard I think this should of had a weather protection cover on it.”

“Ordering website did not work. Rang and was able to order over the phone. Really helpful and nothing too much trouble. I do think you should up your 'word limit' from 120 to 150 words though, please. Requested as a gift. Arrived on time. Recipient really happy. Thank you.”

“This was a birthday present for a friend so I have not seen the rose tree myself but my friend was extremely pleased with it so it was a success !”

“Delivery was on time and the plant well packed and protected but it was a lot smaller than I expected but I had made a mistake when ordering as I thought it would be able to be planted in the garden after its current flowering but it doesn’t look robust enough for that.”
