“Only downside was expensive delivery that took 6 days to arrive. At that price it should be express delivery”

“Very easy to order online. The only problem was that I could not get the exact date for the gift to be delivered, do arrived three days earlier.Recipient still delighted as better earlier than later. Communication good”

“Although I had a query in regard to the ordering, which was never answered, the gift was delivered bang on time and I was kept informed from despatch to delivery. The recipients were thrilled with the gift and remarked on how well in was packaged and how easy and clear the enclosed instructions were.”

“I didn’t actually see the rose bush we sent to my friend but she was really pleased with it. The service was efficient and prompt even when I realised I’d made a mistake on the card CS rectified it straight away! Thank you so much!!”

“Arrived in great shape with pretty wrapping. Only problem was a few questions asked over Email , which were not answered directly only referred to printed instruction s sheet. But would definitely order from you again as would my friend whose gift it was. Many thanks Kay Hooper”

“Quite a long delivery time I felt, ordered a plant for my husband's anniversary 5th Jan for 11th but arrived 12th? Good quality but smallish plant and very minimal amount of words for the card, but otherwise good!”

“I recently sent 2 memory rose trees for bereavement. The delivery and communication was fine, as was the condition if the bushes, albeit much smaller than I had imagined for the price. However I did not think that you gave sufficient space for a proper message. For one order I sent a sympathy card...but could only write a couple of lines. For the other order I thought this would be printed on a small card (as you get at florists etc) But a heartfelt message was written on the delivery note (!), not a separate card. I would have thought common sense would prevail when sending what was obviously for a bereavement and not just shove a message on a slip. And give more space for messages...esp if I am paying for a card. Thanks”

“The selection and ordering process was easy, including as it did, a specific date and time of delivery, plus a greetings card with message. The product arrived on time, as ordered, very well packaged and presented and the recipient was very complimentary about the quality of the rose bush received. (I was notified of the delivery too). The only gripe I have is that at the end of the personalised message in the card, my name was omitted, so the recipient didn't know who had sent the gift! Maybe I had run out of letters, as on Twitter! There was information though somewhere in the package that indicated who had sent it, so the mystery was solved! Nevertheless, this is a good company, offering a good product and service.”
