“My order was quickly and correctly dispatched and arrived at the address at the time stated even though I ordered it from the south of England to be delivered in Scotland The plant was in very good condition on arrival and I was kept informed of every step I will certainly be using the service again”

“I ordered a grape fruit tree for my husband's birthday. I used nominated delivery as I wouldn't be home that day and wanted him to feel special. Unfortunately I received a notification from the delivery service that it was shipping the next day instead of in about 2 weeks which was the nominated day. I emailed Tree2mydoor customer service and got a reply within 24 hours I believe but it was a pretty impersonal email saying that it was a mistake and they would correct - I subsequently received a cancellation notice from the delivery service. The actual tree delivered was very pretty in the photos my husband sent me so was happy with that. There were a few grape fruits that were possibly on the tree when it was shipped but had all fallen off before my husband opened it - all not ripened so a bit of a shame. Would be careful to monitor the shipment but otherwise service was okay though a bit pricey for the level of service compared to some competitors.”

“Bought a golden wedding rose bush for my brother and sister in law. Apparently delivery was as stated and they thought the bush was beautiful with a good number of buds. This is my first time with this company but would recommend and will use again. Thank you very much”

“Ordered the diamond wedding rose for my parents’ 60th anniversary with a given date for delivery. The tree arrived on time and packed well, the only problem was that there was no tag on the rose to say what variety it was, and as this was for a present I wanted them to see that it tied in with their anniversary. I called and explained and a tag was sent in the post that came on the day we were giving it so all was good.”

“The lemon tree that I ordered as a present was lovely. It came with a couple of lemons (which had fallen off) but my aunt was very pleased with it. My only niggle is that I paid extra for Next Day Delivery and it got delayed for a couple of days by DPD which was frustrating, but luckily it still arrived in time for her birthday.”

“My score would have been 5 had the rose I ordered not been the wrong one. However the response I received when I contacted you about the mistake was so positive and the replacement rose was sent out so quickly that I would have no hesitation in recommending you to my friends and family”

“Xllant service. Very helpful on phone. Expected my lemon tree boxed like David Austin Rose's, unfortunately not. Tree was quite dirty so gave it a good spray and sorted out the half eaten leaves before the anniversary reveal.”

“Easy to order and the recipient was happy with the rose. Slight disappointment in that it came a day later than said at time of order and it was for an anniversary and I had paid for express delivery which was very expensive.”
