“I really like the idea of the site. I ordered and that was all ok - site was easy to navigate. Price of gift card was in my opinion excessive! I had to email them to find out when the rose was to be sent - I think it should have been the other way around! I would use again but feel that they need to improve their customer communications.”

“Rose bush arrived in good condition and fully informed on when it would arrive. Only problem was that I had to give recipient's phone number- so they knew it was coming because they got updates and it was meant to be a surprise.”

“Gift for Wedding Anniversary well received However delivery was left on doorstep which was worrying as I was not the recipient not porch as delivery driver stated thankfully they were home to take it in”

“Very good quality plant and helpful after sakes service. It would be helpful to show in the pictures online the actual photo of what you receive in the post. I thought the willow wand would be packaged in cellophane to make it more attractive as a gift and in a plastic temporary plant pot.”

“It was a gift sent some miles from myself but I understand the plants looked good and healthy. No comment on the packaging from recipient. Once lockdown is over, I hope to view the plants happily growing. I must say, the package was delivered on time and I was informed of its whereabouts every step of the way.”

“The tree we ordered arrived at the time and day you said it would. The recipient was pleased with the tree and said how many buds were on it. The only disappointment was that the tree was a 60th birthday present which was Monday 15th February and you do not deliver on Mondays so it had to be Saturday 13th instead.”

“I wanted to send my best friend a gift for her special birthday & as she is a great gardener I found this company on line. She loved her twisted olive tree & it arrived on time so well done. My only small complaint is that the price said from £44 & I ended up paying £59.99. That is a lot more expensive thanI had really wanted to pay but as it was for a special friend I went ahead & ordered it . I would definitely use this company again”

“Sent as a gift, rose arrived on the correct day, I can’t comment on its condition but from comments made it was very acceptable. Didn’t have to get in Touch with company so 4 out of 5 as I don’t know about customer service.”
