If I could give no stars I would! My tree never turned up and I can’t get through to anyone! No one responds to emails. It was hard enough passing a loved one, but this was going to help. It never turned up!

Appalling customer service. I urge potential customers to read the 1 star reviews before purchasing to see how the company deals with matters when things don't go well. I ordered a lemon tree as a Christmas present, paying a premium for a specified delivery date. They failed to deliver until New Year's Eve. I was informed of the delay very close to the delivery date, when all xmas delivery dates had passed and shops were closed. Their 'offer' (my statutory right) was a refund or to accept the delay. They have refused to even refund the premium delivery charge for a service they did not provide! Terrible way to treat customers when you are in breach of contract

Have not received my trees and have had no communication To explain why. Have sent e mails and sent a message on your chat line. Intend to complain to consumer watchdog and on Twitter.

I paid for next day delivery it was on a Saturday and allowing for weekend it still took until Wednesday before it was delivered. Not good

Tree did not arrive as requested. I believe it’s still decomposing in it’s packaging at DPDs Birmingham a week later. Card did. It arrive either. Total waste of time and money. Have emailed them but as of today’s date received no response regarding a refund.

you send me different rose, and i call and send email your staff told me its same, but i am sure its not same one i ordered iwill attached the photo of my rose

Not what ordered. A lovely quality rise delivered but was not the rose ordered, they took the opportunity to deliver an alternative because they were out of stock. When questioned Jamie assured me that he the rose was the one ordered but plainly not. Very unhappy.

I ordered a goose bury tree as a present for my mum just under three weeks ago. The money was taken on the day I ordered it but the tree has still not been delivered. After leaving many messages I finally spoke to them on Thursday and was told they had tried to delivered it but they did not know where it was now and I would get a call back after he spoke to the courier - I have heard NOTHING back since Thursday I have just left another message. I could have bought the tree from my local nursery and given it to her on the same day - I thought it would be lovely for her to receive it as a surprise gift. I take it this tree will never turn up and I am £27.00 out of pocket and my mum is still owed a present. Disgusting service and Zero help from customer care.

I ordered on the above website for a Thursday delivery, it never arrived, contacted customer services on Friday they said would definitely arrive that day. Contacted the company again at 4.30 expressing my concerns. I was told then it would not arrive and would rearrange for Saturday. It arrived Saturday.

Paid £28 for the rose and £8 delivery. It was the smallest rose you ever did see... package wrap was good... let’s hope it increases in size in the near future...?
