“very efficient delivery with ongoing updates and exactly on time. Plant was correct size for description (just). Was a gift so haven't seen it, relying on the 'thank you' I had in response.”

“Very happy that you kept us informed about delivery but if you leave the parcel when customer is out perhaps you should put a note to let people know you have delivered elsewhere.”

Thanks for the review Geoffrey, I'm sorry to hear that DPD didn't leave a note about where they left the parcel. They are usually very good with this and will send a photo of the location. Thank you for raising this and I will pass the feedback onto our account manager. On a brighter note, I hope the recipients enjoy their new rose bush :)

“I bought a rose tree for my friend who had just lost her beautiful horse, the tree was named "Spirit in the Sky" and I just thought it would be a fitting memorial gift. I personally didn't see the tree arrive but understand that it was beautifully wrapped and accompanied by clear instructions of how to care for the tree and a personalised card which again was printed lovely. I would like to Thank Tree to my Door for their prompt service and providing a thoughtful and quality alternative in these situations.”

“Tree which was a gift was delivered on time. Unfortunately the delivery driver didn’t leave a card to say it had been left in a safe place. Fortunately the weather wasn’t too wet or cold so the tree was mostly ok when it was found. It has fruit on it with more in bud.”

“Easy to order, kept updated re delivery. I haven't personally see the packaging or rose itself, but recipient very pleased. I ordered on Thursday evening and delivery wasn't until Tuesday. I would have preferred a faster delivery time, but it was inline with other companies when I looked.”

Hi Jillian, thank you for the lovely review and feedback about the delivery times. Our nurseries don't currently dispatch over the weekend however we do offer a next day service if the order is placed before 11am from Monday to Thursday. We hope that the recipient enjoys her rose blooms this summer :)
