“Slight problems at the beginning when I received no email or acknowledgement of my order but after that first rate. I was kept closely informed of the situation re delivery with regular updates and a change to delivery arrangements at short notice was accommodated with no problems. The bush is in excellent condition with lots of healthy green foliage and even buds appearin although it had been pruned. Very happy.”

“Tree arrived on specified day and looks lovely. My only issue is the courier did not leave a note advising the tree was left somewhere safe so I had to call to check when returning home.”

“Friend very happy with her plum tree which was delivered safely on scheduled date . Only difficulty experienced was placing order via website . Tried probably 4 times with screen freezing at final point of sale , received several emails stating items were in my basket . Finally got through by phone after bank holiday weekend .”

“Lovely rose bush in good condition and well packaged. Had a delayed delivery though due to courier company but Treetomydoor quickly re-ordered it for me and it arrived the next day and they refunded my delivery charge.”
