“The original item i wanted was unavailable so a substitute was sent, I was refunded the difference,only time will tell if plant ok as its not in bloom until the summer. The only fault I had was with the delivery date, it arrived a day early, not on the day I requested.”

Hi Christine, we can assure you that the rose bush will look absolutely stunning this summer. We only ever send out the highest quality we have. We will investigate as to why it arrived a day earlier than you selected.

“Tree2mydoor have an excellent website and their customer service support is also very good . The tree we ordered for my mother's 90th birthday was in good condition with 4 lemons on the tree and 2 in the box. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the delivery. I was contacted to ask if I wanted alternative arrangements if noone was in and it was confirmed that it would be left with a neighbour. However.it was left on the doorstep despite my mother actually being in the house and with a card on top of the battered box saying it was left with a neighbour. Fortunately the tree was fine but the box was battered.”

“gift was of an excellent quality arrived quickly although it was minus the seed pods there was no covering note to explain these were out of stock at the time of posting only found this out when i rang the company on explaining when I needed them by the seeds were posted out separately in time for the event. only thing i would suggest would be to include an little slip with what the trinket box included. Lovely unusual gift for a golden wedding.”

“Very happy with the tree I bought. It did take a while for them to get in touch when they ran out of my order, however they did email me to let me know and it was sent out very quickly once it was back in stock. Presentation and packaging were great, especially as it was a gift for someone!”

Hi Sarah, thank you for being so understanding. As we work on a next day basis sometimes our trees can go out of stock the day before which can be a bit frustrating. On a brighter note we're so glad you're pleased with everything and we hope the gift is well appreciated :)

“Good service overall, would happily use again. Would have liked to have had a bit more contact inbetween ordering and dispatch notice, but package arrived well packed and tree in good condition, well wrapped. Only other issue was the way it was delivered, but I think that was down to DPD not reading delivery instructions properly.”

Thank you for the review Graham, yes as the fruit is slightly heavy sometimes it falls off in transit however the tree is still healthy and will be growing new fruit back in no time! :)

“It made me happy that I could get a unique gift for my friends birthday and get it delivered, i was looking at plants on other sites and they were pricey for what they where, thus bag of sunshine seemed to be good value for money , I've not seen my friend yet to see it for myself but he was happy with it Just have some variety in the bags of seeds please for next year”

“The rose was delivered very quickly and looked great. I would have given a score of 5 out of 5 if it wasn't for the fact that the driver 'signed' for the delivery himself (as the recipient was out) and left it on the doorstep.”
