“Purchased a rose for a silver wedding anniversary present. A lovely idea and good quality plant. However, our order had been despatched towards the end of a week and had been sitting in the heat of a warehouse over the weekend and by the time it was delivered on Monday was a bit withered and the white blooms tinged with brown. Would definitely order from Tree2mydoor again but would ask for despatch at the start of the week.”

“The rose I sent my Dad for his birthday was wonderful he told me, I live in New Zealand so I needed to make sure it arrived on his birthday. I did get an email saying it will be delivered on the 19th June but it did not, it would have been nice to know it was not going to arrive as I told him to keep an eye out then felt bad when nothing arrived. I feel just sending an email saying sorry it will not arrive would have been helpful then I would have let him know I did not miss this birthday and it would arrive soon.”

“The delivery of a first anniversary rose to my son and daughter in law arrived very quickly indeed... to the house across the road! This was not a T2MD issue to be honest but a courier one which unfortunately had the potential to have gone badly wrong. My son eventually tracked the misplaced boxed rose down and took it home. It was very,very small, but next year they hopefully will have the white floribunda promised by T2MD.”

“Arrived on time and good healthy plant,. But I did think the delivery charge was v expensive if you picked a specific day to have it delivered. As most people would order from you for a gift, I expect a specific day is quite common. I've ordered other gifts from other companies , as it was for a retirement and their delivery charge was not extortionate . If this was rectified I wouldn't hesitate to order from you again”

“Just ordered two Roses last week, both times was unable to do on-line order, kept freezing. Both Roses were delivered in good condition thanks. However £12 delivery charge very steep!”
