“Speedy service and good sized trees. The courier service let you down though as they clearly ignored the 'this way up' tape and dropped or packed something extremely heavy on the boxes, significantly damaging them by slicing almost right through.”

“Nicely packaged, arrived quickly. Tree looks healthy. The information leaflet sent did not specifically mention my tree type, but customer services replied promptly to my email query. Dropped a star as the engraved disc is hard to read.”

“Congratulations rose bush sent as an engagement present. Delivery was managed excellently and the gift was very nicely wrapped. A lovely healthy bush with leaves and a free gift card. They loved it. Unable to give 5 stars as it is so new - awaiting flowers before allocation of last star👍”

“Purchased 50th wedding anniversary gift pack for my mum and dad. Disappointed with the size of the placque I thought it would be much bigger. In total quite expensive for what it was”
