“Although they were unable to supply my original order, I was informed within 12 hours and given various options. I changed my order, received a refund for the difference within a day, and everything went fine after that. My friend was delighted with a lovely healthy little tree delivered within the hour slot stated.”

“The rose was sent to a good friend who told me that she had received it and was very pleased with it. I have not seen it myself hence giving four stars. I found the delivery notifications from DPD very useful so that I could update her. I also received a photo when it had been delivered inside her porch. The process of buying and sending on a particular date was very good and easy to do. I will certainly use Tree2mydoor again. Thank you!”

“Fantastic Memorial Rose Tree Beautifully packaged. However delivery wasn’t on the day Informed meaning didn’t arrive in time causing disappointment with time off work to be in for delivery etc and for the intentions of the gift.”

“I ordered the golden wedding anniversary rose for widowed mum from myself and my sister. It was beautiful well established and wrapped so prettily. The ordering and delivery were fab too. The only disappointment was the card ... I liked the design and the fact you could write your own personal message. However the card was on the small side and the message was stuck inside the card on a sticker rather than actually printed inside onto the card. The card was free but I would of preferred the option to pay and have a better quality card. Also it would be nice to allow more characters to write on the message as with a little verse spaces and names they soon ran out. I will definitely use this company again as on the whole I was pleased with my purchase as was my mum xxxx”

“I contacted the firm by telephone re my order and found them very helpful. I was kept informed by text of the progress of the order which was scheduled for delivery a week in the future. True to their word it was delivered on the day at the projected time. My fiends for whom it as a 50th anniversary were well pleased.”

“The type of Rose looked different in the picture to the one that I ordered, leaves were a lot smaller but nice and healthy and nicely packed. A gift card with the message would have been nicer than a plain white sticky label. Other than that pleased with my purchase.”

“The only thing to comment on was that the delivery was to another address ,but I was getting emails about picking it up.I rang to clarify the situation as I didn't realise the delivery company was contacting them as well..All I needed was confirmation that they had been contacted.thanks”
