“Rose plant very lovely , healthy with lots of buds. Presented really nicely with wrapping paper & bow. Really pleased with it as 1st anniversary present to my husband who loves plants. Ordered Card to come with it which was less impressed with. No envelope & sticker inside with message wasn’t straight & card got bent in box. Delivery very prompt.”

“Receiver of the tree loved it and will think of her departed doggy friend whenever she looks at it. Was expecting delivery a little sooner but it was ok. Probably thinking about it, should have allowed at least a couple of days for delivery”

“Think it would be sensible to ring the doorbell so that recipient could take parcel in. The package was left on the doorstep even though someone was in, anyone could have taken it.”

“I sent this rose to a friend whose dog had died very suddenly and unexpectedly. She was delighted to receive it and said it looked very healthy. I would have given a 5 star review except having ordered the rose first thing in the morning before the cut off point for next day delivery and paying for next day delivery, it wasn’t actually delivered until the day after.”

“Great service. Delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. Only issue was the delivery service would not allow me to put my neighbours number in to deliver to as she lived across the road. Otherwise was great. (And if I had the option of putting my neighbours number in I would have given 5 stars!)”

“I ordered a rose tree for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I forewarned my parents a parcel will be arriving it did not arrive and I had a message advising they had missed us and a card had been left to say they had tried to deliver it. There was no card and so i emailed and was advised it would be available to collect the following day from local shop. I then had another message to say there had been a delay I f8nally was able to pick it up on Monday 3 days after my parents golden wedding anniversary. The tree its self is lovely but the debacle in receiving it has very much overshadowed it .”
