“I was very pleased that my oak tree arrived reasonably promptly. I felt however that the tree looked a little worse for wear. No doubt this can be put down to it’s having been placed in a box and maybe had been that way for a little too long a period of time? Anyway, it now ..after a week appears to be doing quite well.”

“Attractive packaging but would have preferred more mature shoots. However the recipients assure me that newer and healthy shoots have now appeared. No envelope with the card though. 🤔”

“The flowers were delievered fine but was a little bit annoyed as i chose a selected day delievery and they delievered it a different day!, I choose a day that i knew i would be in. I know its not actually tree2mydoors fault but the couriers but still was a little bit annoyed as i payed extra for it, whats the point of offerimg selected day delievery when it doesnt come on that day ??”

“Helpful, knowledgeable staff at the end of the phone. Lovely products. 2 areas for improvement: 1) Unfortunately orders placed by customers living overseas are difficult for the online ordering system to cope with. 2) Saturday / Sunday deliveries would be great Thanks for a great service.”

“Loved the concept of the anniversary rose plant only let down by delivery method alot of the soil was in the box and in the layers of the gift wrapping. Looks like the box had not been kept upright as advised on the packaging”
