We haven't seen the rose as it was delivered to another address but we've had a thank you letter saying how delighted the recipients were to receive it. Very pleased with the service - easy to use ordering service and updates about the order's progress.

This was the perfect Golden Wedding gift. I initially found problems in ordering via your website but after a phone call to your office everything went smoothly and our friends were delighted with their tree gift. A really good service.

The tree came in a very torn package that had been badly taped over,however when it was opened the Rose inside looked OK. It has now been planted and I am sure it will be fine. As a present it was much appreciated.I would suggest a more robust packing material.

Did it exactly what it said. Only small problem was that I could not have the delivery date I wanted because it was the day after a Bank Holiday (or maybe I left it too late to order). Recipient of the gift was very pleased with it.

Hi Jennifer, thank you for the lovely review. Unfortunately our packing team doesn't work on a bank holiday meaning that nothing can be sent out on those days. On the other hand we're so glad to hear the recipient is happy with their gift :)

My tree arrived very quickly and in good condition. I wish there was specific instructions for care with my particular tree, but other than that I am delighted with it.

The tree when it arrived looked very healthy, but as it was a present for my daughter and she is now in charge of it, I can't comment further.

They didn't told to expect del 2-15/3-15 finally arrived at 5 pm don't know why they give an hour slot. I panicked as I had someone waiting for it, rang you and you were closed for weekend. The card was blank and I asked spoke to you to fill it in

The tree was very nice but I was very disappointed that you couldn't of sent on the date requested, which was September 1st. Therefore I feel I can't recommend you to any of my friends.

Hi Raymond, thank you for the review. I'm sorry to hear you feel disappointed with our service. After checking your order I can see the target delivery date was set as the 22nd of August rather then the 1st of September. Did you come across any issues placing your order at the checkout so that you couldn't select the date you wanted as delivery? Our delivery days are from Tuesday to Friday each week so delivery on the 1st shouldn't have been an issue. Kind Regards

I ordered a 1st anniversary tree for my son and was sent the wrong one but with 1 phone call another was sent out immediately and the gentleman on the phone was very apologetic and courteous. I received it the following day and it was packaged well and gift wrapped. A well appreciated gift from my son & daughter in law. Thank for your excellent customer service.

I ordered a wedding anniversary Rose bush as a gift for my friends who are celebrating their wedding anniversary, they are delighted with the gift, delivered promptly appropriately packaged, packaged, it is Noe planted in their garden and hopefully will remind them of their special anniversary for years to come.

We ordered a pet memorial tree for our beloved dog who had left us. We had an issue with the delivery of the plaque which was going to be delayed due to the outsource supplier letting them down. Rearranged delivers were all sorted out and we got everything when we wanted. It's not the fact that we had a problem, it's how it was dealt with swiftly, professionally and successfully at a very difficult time for us. The tree is lovely and the plaque in tribute to him is beautiful. We're really pleased with it.

Tree arrived and was in good health. However I asked for it to be delivered on the 10th August (the recipients birthday) but it was delivered on the 9th August. I also provided text for an accompanying card. The card was blank, so the recipient didn't know who had sent it.
