“Beautiful tiles and really good value. The only reason it's not 5 star is the delivery charge ! Not so bad when you're ordering a massive amount but my second order i only needed £80 worth of.tiles and then had to pay £89 to get them delivered. Still worth it as I couldn't get anything similar near to me and they are great value. Just stings a bit !!.”

“The product and price looked perfect for my porch but an order was unfortunately not placed because I only needed 3 packs and the delivery cost was considerably more than the price of the travertine.”

Dear Mr Antell, we hope you are well. We believe you are confusing us with possibly another tile company, the only order we have received from you was for a sample through our website, this was shipped to you the next working day and was delivered via Royal Mail 3 days after shipment. We have never received an actual order from yourself. For future reference, we have no minimum order limit, this can be tested by simply inputting a single tile of any of our products in to your basket, which you can then place an order for. “Easy to order and arrived on time. Quality of the tiles is excellent and the colour is as expected. A few of the corners are slightly chipped, therefore care will need to be taken to select these for cutting where a whole tile is not required. Delivery company was good about coordinating delivery time.”

“The tiles look the part go on well only complain seems to be 1 broken tile in half the boxes says check on delivery but who's really goin to do that but other than that I'd recommend and will use again”

“Bought honed and filled travertine mosaic tiles which seem to have disappeared from all major homeware stores (smoother than the tumbled version) and I wanted to match others in another room. Pleasant and helpful phone support. Also contacted by delivery company with option of two delivery dates and all went well. Very expensive delivery charge but this was the only way of getting the tiles I wanted.”

“I ordered sample tile before ordering more tiles. Customer service was very helpful What lets the side down is the courier. Got updates of the tiles being despatched and that we would be contacted beforehand to arrange delivery. Driver just turned up with the tiles, just as well we were in”

“The tiles are indeed what we need. Sadly one arrived cracked, but as we ordered more than we need I haven't been in touch about it until now. Jo in the office was very helpful when we ordered the tiles.”

“Great product at a good price, helpful service, efficient and informative - lots of general tile places sell travertine tiles, but they tend to not have the specialist knowledge about stone floors etc. We were really happy with the product and service received from Travertine and would be happy to recommend them!”

“Good service and was able to get the tiles we needed to complete a project. Paid for net day delivery, but courier took an extra day as it was over a weekend. Everything worked out in the end and the tiles match existing ones”
