Dear Mr Short, We hope you are well, and thank you for your interest in our products. We would like to clarify your statement regarding the tiles being exactly the same. From the photograph you uploaded, there appears to be a noticeable shade difference between the two samples. Both the Classic range and the Dark Beige tiles you have ordered are made from natural Travertine stone. As Travertine is a natural material, variations in colour, shade, veining and overall appearance are completely normal. They can also appear very similar and can share similar characteristics and properties, but there will always be differences in their shades. The degree of variation between samples of different ranges can also differ considerably. This is dependent on where within the larger stone tile each sample was cut from. In some cases, two samples may appear relatively close in colour, while in others the difference can be much more noticeable. It is also important to note that Travertine can vary in shade even across a single full-size tile. This natural variation can be seen in many of the photographs displayed on our website. We hope this helps clarify why the samples may appear similar in some respects while still having a natural difference in shade. With Regards Customer Service Team

“Tiles came damaged. Only managed to salvage a few but because they weren’t checked on delivery, they wouldn’t replace. Mostly our fault but make sure you check your items fully!”

We're sorry to hear your tiles were damaged. Your order consisted of two packs of tiles, securely wrapped in clear shrink wrap before dispatch. As the damage was reported the day after delivery, rather than to the third-party driver at the time of delivery, and the delivery photo shows no visible damage, we're unfortunately unable to determine when the damage occurred or pursue a claim with the haulier. Despite this, we offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. We always recommend checking deliveries on arrival. We appreciate your advice to other customers to inspect their deliveries thoroughly on arrival, as reporting any issues immediately to the driver gives us the best opportunity to resolve them quickly with the courier. We're sorry your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. Thank you for your feedback.
