“Although these tiles were delivered over a week ago we’ve opened them up and started using today. Have to say that the care and attention to packaging is absolutely outstanding. Travertine tiles, notoriously prone to chipping and breakages, are perfectly sound thanks to the care taken with shipping. We knew what we were getting as we’ve used Travertine before but to have no damage whatsoever is something I didn’t expect. Mightily impressed.”

“Customer service were fantastic at answering all my daft questions! They happily delayed the delivery of my order to a date that suited me (within reason) and, overall, nothing was too much trouble. I have not received the fulkl delivery as yet and can com,ment on that later but, to this point, the sample quality was first class, the service has matched that level. Thank you”

“I bought 400 x 400 Brazilian black from you as a previous supplier provided the same for cheaper but I wasn’t happy with the accuracy of the sizing from the previous supplier coming in sizes 400 to 402 and quite a large variation in thickness. Yours are all exactly 400 and less variation on thickness so worth paying the extra to make the job easier and better”

“Tiles delivered were a different colour to those originally supplied. I accepted I may not be able to return the tiles as travertine is a random product, but despite writing several very courteous and polite emails to the store requesting help with tiles that will suit my floor As originally supplied by The Travertine Store - these emails are just ignored. V disappointing. I also explained that at least one tile was broken, and accepted that too, not even an acknowledgment - I wouldn’t treat a paying customer in this way.”

“My wife found you on the net and we looked at your prices and delivery and the history of your company. We have wanted to replace our kitchen and the floor for years. B&Q used to have the tile we liked but no longer stock it. Then we found you. We love the feel of travertine tiles and it reminds us of Italy our favourite destination. So we ordered some samples and I think we have a winner. When we are ready we will order from you. Definitely recommend anyone to check them out and order some samples. The quality is excelent and they arrived quickly.”
