Bought honed and filled travertine mosaic tiles which seem to have disappeared from all major homeware stores (smoother than the tumbled version) and I wanted to match others in another room. Pleasant and helpful phone support. Also contacted by delivery company with option of two delivery dates and all went well. Very expensive delivery charge but this was the only way of getting the tiles I wanted.
