“Absolutely delighted with my slate tiles and would certainly shop here again. I would note however that the colour pictured does not accurately represent what arrived. The slate is beautiful but not as vibrant as pictured, although I prefer what arrived!”

“Ordered a mix of honed travertine and slate tiles which all arrived as predicted and in good order. Unfortunately, due to design change after placing the order we need a small additional quantity of the slate tiles. Cost of transport for these was almost treble the cost of the tiles. Decided to order some more travertine at the same time as an insurance. In the end we didn't need these but were very close to it! As advised we ordered 10% more. However, with the travertine I would suggest adding a little bit more. Being natural stone with various faults they are subject to a bit more cracking than porcelain. Not a big issue but worth keeping in mind, especially given shipment costs for smaller quantities. Would still recommend due to price, range of tile sizes and overall quality.”

“Received sample, ensured match with existing floor, a handy service when buying online. Delivery was ahead of scheduled time. One problem was that delivery was sub contracted out by the appointed delivery company, the 3rd party driver was unaware of delivery damage check of 15 minutes and my right to sign a delivery note with any damages noted. He put the pallet on my driveway and left without letting me check or sign even after i showed him delivery instruction email from Travertine Store. I hope when I open the pack there is no damage. Fingers crossed. So Travertine Store were good, but their own delivery procedure not honoured by a 3rd party driver. 4 star score due to driver not following procedures as set out.”

“I’ve used this store several times the product is excellent quality. Can’t give 5 stars though as delivery charge of £59 for 1sq m was ridiculous. However need won out on this occasion!!!”

“I don't normally write reviews but I have now used them a few times 1 only 1 minor issue with delivery and even then Shaz was very quick to inform me of the situation and got it resolved very quickly, well done keep up the good work :)”

“The staff were exceptionally helpful in helping me find tiles to match my existing ones. My only complaint (and it's not the fault of Travertine Store) is that the carriage of only 6 boxes cost me more than the tiles - the local hauliers are clearly making a killing!”

“A few issues with delivery - tiles not packaged well and a lot broken but they were replaced quickly so all good now. Happy to use them again though have recommended improved packaging”

“Lovely tiles, delivered on time & Travertine Store coped with "unusual" delivery location Courier was great - very helpful The tiles are large format natural stone & are laid with very tight joints but some were slightly out of square Some of the tiles still to be laid, but on the whole very happy so far”

“We used Premium Ivory Travertine - Brushed & Unfilled Chipped Edge in an Imperial Pattern for our new open plan kitchen / diner and they have finished the space excellently. We had an issue with some of the tiles arriving stained, due to the packaging used. But this was resolved following continued discussion with the customer service team. I would recommend TS for great value for money.”

“The tiles arrived as planned and in general they are fine. However, several have faults which show almost through to he surface so not sure how strong they will be when put on the walls and floor. Quite a few tiles had chips on the corners, hopefully we can disguise with grouting. We will see how well they survive when in actual use.”

“Delivery was super quick and efficient, although please note that the tiles are not boxed. On the whole the tiles are beautiful and as seen, however there are a few which don't have the same colour swirl and are just 'grey' and are not 'filled' so are quite holey.”

“I have mixed feelings but I was mostly happy with my experience. The marble tiles had different colours per batch and whilst they were all meant to be slate blue, one big batch was mostly whitish. Also I think from honing there were orange rust marks on stone or rust coloured veins. They had a disclaimer saying there could be cream or yellow veins, this was vivid rust orange spots. I called to get 10 diff tiles and they shipped them out immediately, so their customer service was top notch and the reason for my mixed feelings. There was no quibble, they sent what we needed. There was very little damage in shipping , like 1-2 tiles had slight corner issues. A few tiles had bigger flaws like large destructive veins and holes which couldn’t be used as they would’ve just split. So, I wasn’t happy with many of the tiles but enough were ok to make the floor look decent, and the customer service was great.”

“Shop excellent and the ordering and help was very good. The one problem was there was no telephone call before the delivery arrived and the delivery driver was not helpful. I would buy again and recommend Travertine Store”
