“Good service and was able to get the tiles we needed to complete a project. Paid for net day delivery, but courier took an extra day as it was over a weekend. Everything worked out in the end and the tiles match existing ones”

“Great product, good price. Good communication about deliveries. Slight issue about clarity of size of delivery vehicle. Of two orders, first came on a 7.5 tonne truck (great) and the second on an 18 tonner - not so great for a residential delivery.”

“I would have given them 5 stars if not the astronomic delivery charge.I only needed one square meter pack costing £ 24.99 for a domestic use but had to pay about £ 50 delivery charge as if I was trader/ supplier.I rang the office trying to negotiate but they were not flexible.Otherwise good product and service”

“Good value for small square tumble marble tiles. Only being laid this week so not sure what they will look like in situ. Can send in a photo when it is all finished. Being used everywhere in a wet room for a guest bedroom.”

“Excellent quality tiles, excellent speed of delivery, excellent prices even taking shipping into account. The only thing stopping me rating Travertine Store with 5 stars was the damage done to some of our tiles on delivery. Not sure whether this was the packaging at fault of the courier, but Travertine Store sorted replacements out speedily, which is the important thing. Overall, still a better experience than going to a well known store with an orange logo.”

“Easy to order, even if you have to do it online. The tiles are just right for the project. The delivery was quick but the hauliers did not telephone to arrange a time. The pallet truck only just managed to get the load onto the road.”

“Excellent quality tiles, really happy! Love the fossils in the limestone. No damages on arrival either. They did not look the same colour as the website which was very off putting but luckily I live around the corner from the warehouse to be able to check and buy a square metres worth. They looked very yellow on the website but we’re actually a lovely neutral ashy colour. Delivery let it down, was late and also did not have very good lifting equipment for maneuvering. Overall would purchase again!”

“The product itself was as advertised. The tiles were sent promptly and in good condition. The haulage service let them down however as their service is poorly prepared for a residential delivery.”

“Great delivery and service. Real travertine is very delicate (as expected) until it is laid but looks beautiful after years of laminate flooring and ceramic tile i am so glad we spent the extra money on something that looks amazing and I am sure will last”

“Great company and good communicators. The tiles were not to very tight tollerances with differences of 1 or 2 mm. It is flagged in the small print, but who reads that?! Anyway as long as you dont mind 2mm spacers and working a bit to level them they are great. Overall i'm very happy with them”

“Great value and great service. Every tile arrived intact. Only slight disappointment was that delivery contractors delivered onto roadside of kerb and was bolshy about putting it on kerbside.”

“The service and product were very good and were as described. Two things tho, the first sample didn't arrive after 10 days and I had to order another one and secondly when my subsequent order was delivered I wasn't notified in advance and it was pure chance that I was only 5 minutes away from my house when the driver called to say he was outside my house.”
