“Renewed for another year. I’d tried to extend cover to include a fly and hire motorcycle trip for 9 days to Morocco but couldn’t get cover extended world wide with yourselves. I’d no problem getting the cover from another company. Not sure why they were happy but Travel Time weren’t.”

“We’ve had our family policy for a couple of months now, had to contact TravelTime regarding an emergency appt for my daughter whilst in the USA. Very quick and helpful response. Not had to make a claim but hoping the great customer service continues for the whole of our annual policy.”

“TravelTime insurance offered a decent level of cover at a competitive price for two middle-aged travellers with minor health issues. I didn't have to make a claim, however, so I can't comment at all on that part of the travel insurance pathway. Still, I've got no reason not to come back to TravelTime next time.”
