“The travel insurance might be great but the bombarding of emails that I get from TravelTime following the me using them does wears you down. I know businesses need to work at getting customers but let’s scale it back a bit.”

“I came across this insurance company through a comparison website. Once I decided to continue with Travel Time, as they were very competitive and a great Defaqto rating, the confirmation of purchase with appropriate documentation was prompt and even received a thank you email for purchasing the travel insurance from the CEO - nice touch!”

“Easy to arrange. Had to add further info after purchase which was easy to do over the phone. Good comms from company. Luckily, I can't tell you if the insurance did what I expected as I didn't need to use it...!”
