“I have used Travel Time for a number of years now for all my Travel Insurance. I cannot recommend the company highly enough. I need a policy for a lengthy stay in Austria every year which is complicated as it must cover my medical conditions, include winter sports for the duration of my stay and cover all countries in the Schengen area in order to satisfy Austrian visa requirements. It is extremely simple to deal with Travel Time - I do not need to resubmit all of my details every year, as they are kept on file and I am just asked to confirm whether or not there have been any changes. I feel that I am treated as an individual who is known to the company and I am able to deal directly with Mr Ian Jennnings, the managing director, who is always prepared to go the extra mile to find a suitable policy for me and provide me with a reasonable quote. I never have to wait long for a response, I am not put on hold for lengthy periods as with many companies, I am not constantly asked to provide the same details to different people every time I phone, and my emails are always responded to very quickly. The company provides really excellent customer service and I feel treated as a valued client.”
