“I recently took out a new policy over the phone. The gentleman I spoke to, (Tom, I believe) made the whole process simple and easy to understand. After I had paid for the policy and ended the call I realised I had forgotten to declare a medical fact. On contacting Traveltime again I got the same operative again, who adjusted the policy, at no extra cost,with a friendly manner and sent me the adjusted policy details within minutes. Excellent customer service from start to finish.”
