“I've clicked for VERY GOOD, but then, I haven't made a claim. Documents arrived on time. I had to phone up to get hard copy sent - they presume that everyone has a working printer.”

“I have insured with Travel Time on many occasions but never needed to make a claim. Unfortunately the last occasion I insured with them I was forced to make a claim. Travel Time dealt with it with extreme efficiency and sympathetically and I could not fault their assistance. I will not hesitate in using Travel Time in the future or recommending them to others.”

“I received a letter asking me to phone for a quote for my travel ins I found the lady on the other end of the phone not very helpful at all she told me to go on line for a quote so why sent letters out if the staff do not want to deal with you she did give me quote in the end only after i had asked several times”
