“Just renewed my annual joint policy with TT. Find them quite competitive on price. Usually takes a few minutes to get through to them and they're only open 9-5 weekdays. Opening Saturday am or even until 5.30/6pm some days would help. Like that you can email them for non urgent stuff. Once through, they're easy to deal with, polite and always respond quickly. Reassuring if ever needed to make a claim.”

“Straightforward to apply .Didnt have to make a claim so cant comment on claims procedure, but it was very reassuring to have knowing help was at hand if needed.Will definitely use again and will consider annual policy.”

“I have found that everything about TravelTime is STRAIGHTFORWARD. Though booking online I had a question before committing to purchase. This was answered quickly, simply and helpfully. At the start of covid in 2020, we had to cancel a holiday, and while many others were delaying and prevaricating, TravelTime refunded my money in short order. Excellent service.”

“Not happy with so many hidden things in the policy - as it happens we are having to use our policy due to a medical situation. We are having to pay our Doctor a fee and there is a 6 week wait for our claim to be processed. This is simply not on the form when you buy the cover. Very disappointed and not at all clear”

“I used travel time for my last trip to Majorca in July 22, so I have now used them again for my next trip to Spain in December 22.I had to cancel my origional insurance in July due to my passport not arriving in time. There were no problems and I had a very helpful lady on the phone who rebooked for the following two weeks.”
