“Was unable to travel because of illness. Found it hard to talk to someone and found online form difficult to fill out. Phone call received from company following review only to be put on hold and told advisors were busy and would call back in next day or two. Initial form downloaded is apparently wrong and need a different form and information from airline. It seems this is a difficult process with no clear guidance on how to submit a claim correctly. Very disappointing service.”

“Good service (not had to claim yet). It was easy to apply and take out insurance online. One strange approach is that every few days there are little "Diary"-style emails from the owner, which are OK to a point but the frequency is too high for my liking. It seems (according to the statement at the bottom of the mails) that it isn't possible to unsubscribe from these regular mails without also preventing TravelTime to contact you when needed, e.g. for renewal reminders or important communications. Shame. Other than this, I would recommend the service and company.”
