“Renewed for another year. I’d tried to extend cover to include a fly and hire motorcycle trip for 9 days to Morocco but couldn’t get cover extended world wide with yourselves. I’d no problem getting the cover from another company. Not sure why they were happy but Travel Time weren’t.”

“Really excellent customer service. For a number of years now, I have had a complicated travel insurance policy for the winter months in Austria which has to fulfill visa requirements, including winter sports and medical conditions. Travel Time’s managing director Ian Jennings has dealt with my requirements personally and they have always been superb at finding me a suitable policy.”

“We’ve had our family policy for a couple of months now, had to contact TravelTime regarding an emergency appt for my daughter whilst in the USA. Very quick and helpful response. Not had to make a claim but hoping the great customer service continues for the whole of our annual policy.”

“Used travel time last year for holiday in July. As had underlying heath issues. Found them to be very quick and reasonable quote. So using them again this year for holiday in September. Quick quote, info and documents came very quickly (via email) seemed to be very straight forward and ease to get cover.”
