Received an email with a Black Friday offer… already had hotel booked in Manchester same night for double the price! Cancelled and booked with travel lodge within 2 mins! Very easy booking

I got sucked into the site to pursue ‘offers’ which then became unavailable! Booking experience was poor. Would not accept my password and didn’t respond to ‘forgotten password’’. Then said site down for work. Must have taken a dozen attempts to finally book.

Can you sort out the single beds to double beds it keeps defaulting to single when you are searching each time. The dates or hotel stays the same when searching but not beds allocation. Thank you

You obviously issue these invites without any thought or recognition of circumstances. I didn't actually get to stay in Acton despite booking and paying for it months in advance. I was contacted at 8.20pm Sat25.11.23, whilst on my way to check-in, to be told you had made an error and there was no room for me, without offering any solution other than refunding my money. When I stated that was completely unacceptable I was eventually provided with a room at Park Royal which is a hotel I would never choose to stay at as it was nowhere near where I was visiting, has no restaurant facility and is sandwiched between the A40 dual carriageway, which is both busy and is carrying out significant roadworks throughout the night, and a railway line which runs freight throughout the night. I had to take additional cabs and was completely inconvienced. Other than this survey request I have received no contact, no apology and no compensation of my additional cost and inconvenience. As previously stated this solution was only provided because of my insistence that nothing could be done for me was completely unacceptable. All of this is completely unacceptable. I stay in a Travlodge at least once per month and have already made advance bookings that I am now seriously considering cancelling after being treated like this. I would like both an apology and compensation of the additional cost I incurred as a result of you mistake.
