“The course was well set up with good explanations from the leader who also related some examples from real events that he had come across from his own professional career. I also enjoyed the practical side of the course made from the different learning curves we were being taught. Thank you very much for a great and informative course.”

“The course itself was good and Michael was excellent. My only two concerns were the location hence parking costs and there could really do with there being a small photocopier on site.”
