“This was a very enjoyable course in a relaxed and friendly environment. Our instructor Graham was excellent in developing a rapport with the group, he was very engaging in teaching and demonstration, and there was a good atmosphere throughout. I really enjoyed it and gained a lot from the course.”

“Seth the trainer was very nice and informative, although at times I felt he took far too long to explain something. I was disappointed that everyone was combined doing different first aid courses, therefore everyone there had to go through all the different information that was not relevant to them.”

“lots of information to absorb, a very varied client group and yet a facilitator who made it flow, gave us confidence and actutally made learning a pleasure. I had hoped it would be good and useful - but never expected it to be so enjoyable. very impressed”

“I have been made to feel confidant with my work and the teaching was great and relaxed also the feedback and support you get after the few days teaching with your assignments is great , i asked for extra time to finish mine as with working full time and struggling to find time to finish , they gave me extra time for this and that helped take the pressure off”

“The training was very well structured and Train Aid was very supportive. One of my team is a wheelchair user as such we needed a car parking space closer to the venue that Train Aid organised for us. Our trainer supported the class through each session and it was nice to have a varied number of people from different backgrounds which I learnt a lot from. Me and my team will definitely be training with Train Aid again the future.”

“Just completed my first aid course. Danielle was a fab instructor. She made everyone feel at home and quickly knew what level we were at. Very relaxed and we all came away with the information needed. Feeling very confident now to deal with a first aid matter if one should ever arrive.”

“I attended the Level 3 Award in Teaching and Education. I thoroughly enjoyed the course, really informative and relaxed environment to promote learning. The tutor was extremely knowledgeable and made everyone feel relaxed in the environment. I would recommend doing this course. Big thanks to Phil for making it so enjoyable.”

“Our trainer Martyn Smith was amazing. He really engaged with us all and made us all feel comfortable. Everybody understood what they had to do and really learned a lot. I feel more confident now knowing that I have the First Aid qualification, now it's just a matter of remembering to keep calm if faced with a situation. Would highly recommend this course to everyone.”
