“Our trainer Martyn Smith was amazing. He really engaged with us all and made us all feel comfortable. Everybody understood what they had to do and really learned a lot. I feel more confident now knowing that I have the First Aid qualification, now it's just a matter of remembering to keep calm if faced with a situation. Would highly recommend this course to everyone.”

“The trainer was very knowledgeable and professional while maintaining a fun and relaxed atmosphere throughout the course. The course was a good pace but the trainer ensured each individual was up to speed with what they needed to know. very good course and great trainer.”

“Initially booked with train aid as they were the cheapest provider I could find. I wasn't disappointment with my choice. Nobody wants to spend their Saturday on a course, but Martyn the instructor was fabulous! He made it fun and enjoyable, and the course itself was very informative. Will definitely book my next course through train aid.”
