“The course was presented in a very good manner with a great style, the course presenter was very professional setting out clear guidelines and expectations, no surprises and very quickly gained the confidence of the group and each individual. Pace of delivery was spot on, and found that the presenter found individuals different levels very quickly so was therefore able to adapt his style of teaching to include everyone.”

“Hi I have just done my paediatric first aid training with Danielle and I must say thank you for the first time I have repeated this training and can honestly say I have enjoyed and learnt something new.
