“The Tutor Chrisy Southgate was engaging and knowledgeable about the subject. She made sure that all class members were treated fairly and with respect and made us all feel at home. The hotel where the course was held was easy to get to, however the size of the room was too small for us as a group.”

“I was impressed with the amount of information we covered in our 3 day course . I usually struggle to keep my concentration in the classroom ( I usually work outdoors) but I found I was engaged in the topics both am and pm every day with no problem . The course was very informative and comprehensively covered the syllabus required to complete the assignments . Thank you”

“Marianne is one of the best trainers I've had the luck to attend a training course with. The content of the course was great. I preferred the second and final day covering theory, planning sessions and delivery. The book is a good read and useful to continue development on. The way the assignments are structured feels achievable for all and the tutor is very happy to support”

“The course content was clear and concise, the teacher who delivered the training had a good level of subject matter expertise and was very helpful and approachable throughout. The micro-teach and assignment requirements were clear and the 2 day course and book provided on the course gave a good amount of information and points of reference for all attendees to pass the course. Overall a very good and enjoyable course.”
