Hi Ray, Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how waiting longer than expected for delivery can be frustrating and really appreciate your patience. We’d like to reassure you that your order was dispatched within the estimated dispatch time. As with all timber, natural variations mean each piece is unique, which is why your order may differ slightly from previous ones. We’re grateful for your understanding and hope you’re still pleased with your installation.
