“The shelf is fine but the delivery time was poor. When I ordered it was in stock but it took 3 weeks to arrive. I missed my grandson's birthday.”

Hi Margaret, thanks for your feedback. I am sorry for any confusion but all of our items are handmade to order as specified on our website and your order left us well within our estimated dispacth time. I can see that you did email us asking for us to speed up your order but as advised unfortunately this was something we were unable to do as we were in our busiest time of the year. Sorry for any disappointment.

“Traditional Beams have proved to be an excellent company to deal with. Very clear and informative website. Ordering on-line was simple and effective. Communication on confirmation and delivery was good. The product when it arrived was exactly what we expected. Fitting was not complex but required precision fittings supplied. Now in place on our new fireplace and looks fantastic.”

“Bought a lovely walnut mantelpiece and corbels - arrived on time, in good condition, and with pre-drilled holes and clear fittings. Looks great now it's up - am so pleased with the way it finishes the fireplace recess.”

“The beam is perfect for our fireplace, communication was good, courier awful left parcel in the rain all day after throwing over my fence ! Despite being asked to leave in my porch !”

“We recently ordered an industrial inverted steel bracket shelf for our kitchen and it is absolutely stunning. The quality and finish of the shelf is beautiful and the brackets are very high quality. We are returning customers having previously purchased a beam for over our fire place and most recently another two kitchen shelves. Excellent products and would happily recommend!”
