“Delivery was a week late, they said they sent emails to all customers but I never received one (checked my inbox, deleted items and junk/spam). Poor workmanship on the staining of the beam, they tried claiming it's the natural wood colour but it clearly isn't as you can see brush marks where they have applied more or less stain on different areas. To get a refund you have to cover the delivery costs which obviously will be pretty high of something this large/heavy Really unimpressed. Looks like I'm unlucky judging by other reviews, but I would have hoped customer service would have been more helpful at least considering it's their poor work rather than me just changing my mind.”

“We are so pleased with our beam .. it is just for decorative purposes over our fire .. but it looks perfect! The communication from traditional beams was brilliant, Wouldn't hesitate to recommend you again !”

“We purchased a beautiful floating breakfast bar shelf. The service was quick considering it was a hand made to my specifications. All involved were friendly and professional. I can not recommend this company enough we will be back when we refurbish the rest of the kitchen. Many thanks.”

“We are very happy with our medium oak shaped beam. It is very good quality, has a lovely finish and matched exactly what the website advertised. It finishes off our redocorated room to perfection. I would thoroughly recommend Traditional Beams.”

“This oak window sill was absolutely perfect! It was made to bespoke measurements and was bang on! It fitted seamlessly and looks stunning 😊 I would definitely use Traditional Beams again. Arrived on time and was carefully packaged too.”

“The oak beam we got is brilliant quality and we are very pleased with it. It was hard to find a supplier to cater for a smaller beam (900mm) with having a narrow chimney breast but yous nailed it. Thanking you 😃.”

“Having requested some samples which I received promptly. After having chosen the type and colour of the beam, I placed my order with a bit of apprehension because I am the type who would like to see the product live and feel it before committing to purchase it. I received my order in about 10 days after the order date, I was a bit hesitant to open the box. However having unpacked the items I was pleasantly surprised to see that my items were better than I expected. The colour, the quality and the fish was wonderful. I rang the company and thanked them for a brilliant service and wonderful product. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would not give a second thought going anywhere else for this kind of product. I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation. I know these are challenging times but, with your unique work, product and pleasant attitude I am sure will ride the waves. Kind regards Bruce”
