The wrong paint was delivered. The delivery note said it was the correct paint. When I contacted Trade Paint Direct, I received an email saying that the paint I ordered was discontinued, and that the paint they had sent was OK. I ordered acrylic primer/undercoat for an exterior door. The stuff that was delivered is not acrylic, takes 16 hours to harden for overpainting, requires some sort of cleaner for brushes (details not given on the tin), and can't be used at under 8 degrees centigrade. No apology, no explanation of why I was able to order paint on their website that is, apparently, not available.
